Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding transactions is as follows:

• Deposits: All wallet deposits are final once confirmed by the payment gateway.
• Predictions: Once a prediction is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the match is abandoned.
• Withdrawals: Verified winnings can be withdrawn to a user's UPI ID. Processing typically takes 2-6 hours.
